Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease the cake pan with butter and dust lightly with flour or shredded coconut.
Step 2: Blend the wet ingredients
Add to a blender:
- Sweetened condensed milk

- Whole milk
- Eggs
- Melted butter
- Vanilla extract
Blend for about 1 minute until smooth.
Step 3: Add the dry ingredients
Add:
- Flour

- Parmesan cheese
- Salt
Blend for another 30–60 seconds.
Finally, stir or pulse in the shredded coconut just enough to combine.
Step 4: Bake
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until:
- the top is golden brown,
- the edges are set,
- and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out mostly clean (a few moist crumbs are fine because the cake has a custard-like center).
Step 5: Cool
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 20 minutes.
- Carefully unmold onto a serving plate.
- Cool completely before slicing.

- Refrigerate leftovers for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
Tips for Success
- Blend until smooth to avoid lumps.
- Freshly grated Parmesan gives the best flavor.
- Don’t overbake—the center should remain soft and creamy.
- The cake tastes even better after chilling overnight, as the flavors meld and the texture becomes even
